                    "description": "سلام وقتتون بخیر\r\nمن ۳۵ سالمه و در دوران شیردهی به سر میبرم.حدود ۶ ماه هست عمل pcnl کلیه انجام دادم سنگ هام ترکیبی از ۶۰ درصد اگزالات و ۲۰ درصد کلسیم و مابقی موارد بوده الان هم تحت نظر پزشک متخصص کلیه دارو مصرف میکنم و اوره ی بالایی هم داشتم که شکر خدا تحت کنترل هست.\r\nمیخواستم بدونم میتونم، زینک، بیوتین و دورالایف یا مکمل های حاوی زینک و بیوتین و دی و کلسیم مصرف کنم چون بشدت ریزش موی شیردهی دارم و پوست و ناخن هم تحت تاثیر این موضوع اسیب دیدن \r\nبخاطر شرایط کلیه ام میتونم داروهایی که گفتم مصرف کنم چون منع مصرف حبوبات گوشت قرمز و مکمل دی کلسیم و اهن هستم.\r\nممنون میشم راهنماییم کنید فراموش کردم از پزشکم سوال کنم و سه ماه آینده نوبت ویزیتم  هست.",
